David Mark orders immediate closure of the National Assembly till 25th Nov.
The
Senate President, David Mark, has announced an immediate closure of the
National Assembly after an attempt to stop the Speaker of the House of
Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal, from the assembly, plunged the complex
into chaos.

the House of Representatives’ chamber later.
Apparently invoking his powers as the chairman of the National Assembly,
Mr. Mark announced an immediate adjournment of the two chambers till
Tuesday to forestall a breakdown of law and order.
Mr. Mark had reportedly met Mr. Tambuwal in solidarity after the speaker
successfully gained access into the chamber.
The House of Representativeswas in session at the time of the
announcement, and it is yet unclear whether the Reps members will abide
by Mr. Mark’s declaration.

Obiano's wife again? Anambra State first lady slaps the deputy Governor's Wife.
The wife of Anambra State Governor,
Her Excellency, Mrs Ebere Jennifer
Ukamaka Obiano has continued to
bring odium to Anambra State Government.
Her latest display of the absurd was
the slapping of the wife of the Deputy
Governor, Mrs Okeke.
Trouble started on Sunday the 16th of
November, 2014, after the dedication
of the child of the Anglican Bishop of
Awka, His Lordship Most Rev. Dr.
Ibezim at the cathedral of St. Faith,
Awka. The wife of the deputy Governor complained to Dr. Alex Ekwueme as a
mother of all on how Ebere Obiano does not carry her along in whatever
she does. Desirous of brokering peace, Ekwueme's Wife, HE, Beatrice
Ekwueme accounted Mrs Obiano and advised her on the need to carry
everybody, especially the wife of the deputy Governor along.
At this point, Mrs Obiano flayed and
claimed that the constitution recognizes her and not the Wife of the
Deputy. Immediately her Deputy
shouted back, she slapped her. It took
the intervention of security men to
prevent the duo from physical fight.

Controversy Over Bishop Oyedepo's school in the UK
A Nigerian church accused of linking poor discipline to witchcraft wants to open an independent school in Kent. Winners' Chapel International, which is currently under investigation by the Charity Commission, wants to open the school at its Dartford site.
The
organisation, which has its headquarters in Nigeria, is known as Living
Faith Church Worldwide and also Winners' Chapel International (WCI).
Bishop Oyedepo, its leader in Nigeria, has been shown on YouTube slapping a woman and accusing her of being a witch.
His
son David Oyedepo Junior is the pastor at WCI's European headquarters
in Dartford, where the church organisation wants to open Kingdom
Heritage Model School for children aged four to seven.
But
groups including the National Secular Society (NSS) have raised concerns
amid claims the church links child "disobedience" to witchcraft -
citing the David Oyedepo Ministries website, which states "disobedience
is as terrible as witchcraft".
Stephen Evans, from the NSS,
said the Metropolitan Police had investigated 27 cases of child abuse
related to witchcraft this year.
He said: "There's a need to be vigilant and there's a need to tackle this. You
don't do this by allowing organisations that believe in witchcraft and
are associated with witch-hunting to open in the UK."
The
school application is being considered by the government. The Charity
Commission confirmed concerns raised about Winners' Chapel International
included conflicts of interest and the charity's financial management.
In 2011, Bishop Oyedepo's fortune was estimated at $150m (£94m).

(photos)Houston woman undergoes breast reduction to rid herself of massive 36NNN breasts

Kerisha Mark is feeling like a new woman today after having over 15lbs of breast tissue removed from her once 36NNN-size bust.
Eyewitness News cameras went inside
the operating room as Mark celebrated her 40th birthday with a
life-altering operation and had more than 15 pounds of tissue removed.
“I was like, happy birthday to me!” Mark said.
She wants to be known for the woman
she is, a wife, mother, and school social worker, not the extremely
large chest that has prompted stares and whispers since high school.
“My first time at boot camp, I did a jumping jack and my bra snapped,” Mark said.
Mark is an extreme case for Dr.
Franklin Rose. As her natural breasts grew larger the emotional and
physical effects began taking a toll.
“I started to have really bad
heachaches. Women and men want to touch them to see if they are real.
It’s real intimidating,” Mark said.
After much prayer, she went to
renowned Houston plastic surgeon Dr. Rose. Rose says he hasn’t seen
anything like it in his 30 years of practice.
“She is among the largest, if not the
largest patients for breast reduction,” Rose said. “This indention she
has from constant dragging and pulling.”
The surgery is not only cosmetic for
Mark. She has a condition known as Gigantomastia where women as young as
14 can suffer from a massive overgrowth.
“Nobody could support this additional weight,” Rose said. “She would have ended up almost a hunchback given 30 more years.”
After three hours in the operating room, Rose removed 15 lbs. of breast tissue.
Not long into recovery, the wife and mother realized she had become a new woman.
“The first time my best friend saw me, she cried,” Mark said. “When I stood up for the first time I felt so light.”
Not only did the reduction provide physical relief, but it also gave Kerisha a renewed spirit and outlook on life.
“After I got home I did cry. It was like I mourned the death of them, it was like a divorce,” Mark said.
But a door opened to many firsts. She
was able to shop for a new wardrobe. Next summer she’ll be able to wear
a swimsuit for the first time.
“My first thing on the agenda is to purchase a beautiful bra and second is to buy a strapless dress,” Mark said.
She looks forward to a life full of adventures.
“Live my life to the fullest without restrictions,” she saidKim Kardashain's mother Kriss jenner and her 31yr old Sextoy head to Vegas for her birthday bash.
The couple were seen catching a private jet out of Los Angeles together on Friday, as they headed to Las Vegas to attend Kris’s 59th birthday party at 1Oak nightclub. See more photos after the cut...

Girl accused of breaking into a Man's home and raping Him(SEE PHOTO)

This pretty 26 year old woman, Chantae Gilman, is being accused of breaking into her neighbour’s house and raping him.
From TheSmokingGun
A Seattle woman has been charged with raping a man who told cops he awoke in his bed to find his attacker sexually assaulting him while she had his hands pinned down, according to a police report. Chantae Gilman, 26, was charged this week in connection with the alleged June 2013 attack inside the 31-year-old victim’s Seattle apartment. Gilman has prior felony convictions for attempted robbery and possession of a stolen vehicle, as well as several misdemeanor convictions, according to court records.
As detailed in a probable cause affidavit prepared by a Seattle Police Department detective, the victim told cops that while he did not know Gilman, she was an acquaintance of another man who lives in his duplex. He described Gilman as “a drug user in the area.”
The man said that on the night of the attack he attended a birthday party for the neighbor whom Gilman knows. “Once arriving home he fell asleep on his bed,” Detective Roger Ishimitsu reported. “Victim slept very hard due to a long day.”
At 2 AM, the man told cops, he awoke to find the 5’ 7”, 240-pound Gilman on top of him. The victim said that his erect penis was inside Gilman, who had the man’s “hands pinned down over his head,” as first reported by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
While Gilman ignored demands to get off him, the man said, he was “able to work his way out from underneath” her. Gilman, he added, had “told him to be quiet.” The man subsequently succeeded in pushing Gilman from his home. Later that day, he went to the Harborview Medical Center for a sexual assault examination.
Court records do not reveal how Gilman got into the victim’s apartment.
When questioned by cops, Gilman denied knowing the victim and said she did not recall being at his home or having sex with him. “She said that she has a mental illness and suffers from Bipolar disorder and Psychosis,” wrote Detective Ishimitsu.
A DNA sample collected from Gilman matched that of female DNA that was recovered from the victim’s sexual assault kit. As a result, Gilman was named in a September 8 criminal information charging her with second-degree rape for assaulting a victim who was “incapable of consenting to sexual intercourse by reason of being physically helpless.”
The 12 soldiers that attacked their GOC in maiduguri have been sentenced to death

13 out of the 18 soldiers standing trial for participating in the mutiny (revolt action) against their General Officer Commanding, Maj. Gen. Ahmed Mohammed at the newly created 7 Division of the Nigerian Army in Maiduguri on May 12th have been sentenced to death by a military court that sat in Abuja yesterday night September 15th.
Five others were discharged and acquitted while one was jailed for 28 days with hard labor.
The soldiers had on May 14th revolted against poor remuneration and lack of sophisticated weapons to fight Boko Haram. On that particular day, the soldiers lost their cool after seeing the corpse of some of their colleagues killed by Boko Haram men. They immediately opened fire on their GOC, who luckily escaped unhurt.
The President of the Court Martial (military court), Maj. Gen. C.C. Okonkwo, while delivering his judgement said the 12 soldiers were found guilty of criminal conspiracy, mutiny, attempt to commit murder (shooting at the vehicle of the GOC); insubordination to a particular order; insubordination and false accusation.
Those sentenced are Jasper Braidolor, David Musa, Friday Onuh, Yusuf Shuaibu, Igonmu Emmanuel, Andrew Ugbede, Nurudeen Ahmed, Ifeanyi Alukagba, Alao Samuel, Amadi Chukwuma, Alan Linus, and Stephen Clement.
The legal team of the convicts pleaded with the court martial to be lenient and temper justice with mercy stating that some of the men convicted were the sole providers of their families. One of the convict is said to be the only child of his 80 year old mother while another is said to be the father of a 5-month old baby. The legal team argued that giving them maximum sentence would do more harm than good, adding that it would increase the agony of their dependants. Other members of the court are: Col. TS Nurseman, Col. TO Olowomeye, Col IG Lassa. Lt. Col. JK Feboke, Lt. Col. CR Nnebeife, Major I Yusuf, Major TA Yakubu, and Major AE Martins.
Lt. Col. AA Audu and Lt.Col. U Ukpe serve as prosecutors.
